Product Introduction
1. High work efficiency:With a total power of 472 kW, a cutting motor of 280/200 kW, and a cutting head speed of 56/27 rpm, it ensures fast and efficient cutting. A lifting capacity of up to 5 m³/min ensures highly efficient material loading and transport.
2. High adaptability:The slope climbing ability reaches ±18°, allowing it to cope with inclined working scenarios; the overall dimensions are adaptable to various working spaces, and the cutting positioning range can meet a variety of cutting requirements. The ground pressure is only 0.16 MPa, resulting in low surface impact, suitable for working on various types of longwall.
3. Guarantee of work performance:The parameters related to water supply (water pressure, water quality, water supply volume, etc.) have clear and tailored requirements, meeting the water requirements during work and contributing to work guarantees such as dust reduction; the conveyor system uses a double-sided scraper design with a chain speed of 31 meters per minute (motor driven), which ensures highly efficient and stable operation.
4. Good transportability, maintenance and adaptability to operation:the dimensions and weight of the largest components are optimized, which simplifies the requirements for transport and conditions at the site;capable of economically cutting rock with a uniaxial compressive strength of ≤60/70 MPa, suitable for use, including when working in mountain conditions.
