Product Introduction
Performance characteristics:wide range of cutting height adjustment (4.2–6.57 m), high width adaptability (6–10 m), high cutting motor power (2×280/200 kW), the ability to economically cut rocks with a compressive strength of ≤70 MPa. The cutting head operates stably (rotation speed 36.7 rpm without telescopic action). High efficiency of loading (five-star wheel, productivity 5 m³/min) and transport (double chain scraper, chain speed 62 m/min). Capable of working on ±15° slopes, with variable travel speed (0-5.6 m/min) to meet various operating requirements.
Technical characteristics and adaptability of equipment:The dimensions of the equipment are well balanced: the ground clearance is 240 mm, the track width is 850 mm, and the ground pressure is only 0.15 MPa, which makes it suitable for use in various tunnel conditions. The maximum dimensions and weight of non-removable components (such as the main frame) are optimized for ease of transport and installation. Powered by a 1140V power supply, the oil pump motor produces 200kW of power, and the triple hydraulic pump ensures stable operation, providing enough power to operate the equipment.
Environmental protection and safety:Special requirements for the pH level, the content of chloride ions and sulfate ions in the water supply ensure the safety of equipment operating underground. The working depth of 150 mm allows for efficient work on the bottom, thereby increasing the quality of work.
