Product Introduction
Each support section is equipped with a control device and a hydraulic unit. The control device is a local electronic control panel in automated longwall complexes. The device body is offered in two versions - either from particularly durable synthetic materials, which are particularly lightweight, or from high-quality stainless steel for particularly difficult operating conditions.
The Denak control device is easy to maintain and provides support for a customizable interface. The control device provides full and partial automation of combine and plow longwall complexes; it reads and processes sensor readings, in particular, the pressure level in the cylinders, the stroke of the conveyor cylinder, the position of the conveyor and the inclination. The entire control system is equipped with an emergency switch at the hardware level.
